Job summary

West Coast Convenience is seeking friendly, customer-focused Team Members for Loop Neighborhood Market locations across California. You’ll help customers, ring up purchases, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

We offer flexible scheduling across all three shifts (first, second, third) with both full-time and part-time roles. You’ll join a team committed to service, safety, and growth within the company’s expanding network.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service skills essential for fast-paced store environments.
• Clear verbal and written communication with team and customers.
• Ability to read and write in English for instructions and transactions.

• Ability to work well in a team and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register and balance cash drawer during shift.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized store environment.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Ensure safe, clean store and surrounding area; assist with car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate any issues to management.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to support store sales.
