Team Members ensure smooth operation, assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You’ll gain experience across a busy retail setting and grow with our expanding network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Able to perform basic math including making change.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for 3rd shift).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and balance cash drawer during shift.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in store and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues and prepare shift reports per guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales; escalate high-priority issues.
