Job summary

West Coast Convenience is expanding across California and seeking hard-working, customer-focused Team Members for all three shifts at Loop Neighborhood Market locations. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with flexibility and growth opportunities.

Candidates should be service-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating the register, stocking shelves, delivering friendly customer service, and supporting car wash operations.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required for varying shifts (first/second/third).
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and change.
• Able to validate IDs for tobacco/alcohol per law.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and balance till during shifts.
• Stock shelves and keep store clean and welcoming.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers and vendors.
• Maintain clean store and surrounding area; assist car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell store products to boost sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to manager when needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
