West Coast Convenience is expanding its team of customer-focused individuals for Loop Neighborhood Market and related brands in California. The role offers multiple shifts including first, second, and third, with a focus on delivering fast, friendly service at the store and gas station.

Team Members support transactions, shelf maintenance, and a safe, clean shopping environment for customers. Responsibilities include cash drawer integrity, upselling opportunities, and accurate shift reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register and balance the cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Provide courteous service to customers, vendors and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed and assist customers.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Promote store products to boost sales and upsell where appropriate.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
