Job summary

Vital Records Control (VRC) is seeking a Driver to operate company vehicles, collect customer information, and ensure safe, compliant service at client sites in Florida. Responsibilities include driving to locations, meeting productivity standards, and following direction from the DOO or management designee.

The role requires a valid license, ability to pass checks, and willingness to work overtime. A focus on accuracy, navigation, and customer interaction is essential for successful service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• MVR Check.
• Background check.
• Must pass random drug screens.
• Must carry a cell phone for constant communication with Records Center.
• Strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Overtime availability including holidays.
• Strong directional awareness and navigational skills.
• Commercial Driver’s License, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs.
• Report to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Receive, comprehend, and respond appropriately to direction.
• Work with customers to fulfill customer service requests.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor or DOO.
• In inclement weather, report to work two hours before regularly scheduled time to allow for delays and to budget time to put tire chains on company vehicles, if necessary.
