Job summary

Vital Records Control (VRC) in Winston-Salem is seeking a Driver to operate company vehicles and collect customer information across media types. You will adhere to transportation laws and company policies with careful, customer-focused service.

The role requires driving 16' and 26' box trucks, navigating city streets, and maintaining safety standards while supporting warehouse tasks when routes are complete. CDL is a plus; overtime and on-call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• MVR and background checks are part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to pass random drug screens.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Able to work overtime, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs.
• Report to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Receive, comprehend, and respond to direction.
• Work with customers to fulfill service requests.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor or DOO.
• In inclement weather, report to work early as needed and budget time for delays.
• Work in warehouse when routes are complete or on days with no route.
• Collaborate effectively with team to achieve goals.
