Job summary

Vital Records Control (VRC) is seeking a Driver to responsibly operate company vehicles, collect customer information, and ensure compliance with transportation laws and internal policies. The role requires punctuality, safety awareness, and courteous customer service while delivering materials to client sites.

Responsibilities include loading and delivering items, navigating routes, and maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• MVR Check
• Background check
• Must pass random drug screens.
• Must carry a cell phone for constant communication with Records Center
• Strong commitment to accuracy and quality
• Willingness to work overtime and holidays
• Strong directional awareness and navigational skills
• Commercial Driver’s License, if applicable

Responsibilities

• Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs.
• Report to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Receive, comprehend, and respond appropriately to direction.
• Work with customers to fulfill customer service requests.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor or DOO.
• In inclement weather, report two hours early to accommodate delays and tire-chain setup if necessary.
