Job summary

Vital Records Control (VRC) is seeking a Driver in New Jersey to collect customer information across media types while operating company vehicles with utmost care and adherence to federal and state transportation laws.

The role entails driving vans or box trucks to client locations, maintaining punctuality, meeting productivity and quality standards, and assisting customers with requests while following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Background check and MVR check.
• Must pass random drug screens.
• Must be able to carry a cell phone for constant communication.
• Strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Must be able to work overtime and holidays.
• Commercial Driver’s License, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs.
• Report to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Receive, comprehend, and respond appropriately to direction.
• Work with customers to fulfill customer service requests.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor or DOO.
• In inclement weather, report two hours early to allow for delays and to budget time to put tire chains on company vehicles, if necessary.
