Job summary

Vital Records Control (VRC) seeks a reliable Driver to transport materials to customer locations while maintaining safety and adherence to transportation laws. The role requires punctuality, accuracy, and strong navigation skills to support efficient service delivery.

The candidate will operate vans or box trucks, follow company policies, and respond to direction from the Director of Operations or management designee. Overtime may be required, including holidays, to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• MVR Check.
• Background check.
• Must pass random drug screens.
• Must carry a cell phone for constant communication with Records Center.
• Strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work overtime and around the clock including holidays.
• Strong directional awareness and navigational skills.
• Commercial Driver’s License, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs.
• Report to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Receive, comprehend, and respond appropriately to direction.
• Work with customers to fulfill customer service requests.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor or DOO.
• In inclement weather, report to work early to ensure timely and safe operations.
