Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon in Brandon, MS is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. You will ensure a seamless, positive experience from start to finish and help drive customer satisfaction within our service department.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing service needs, providing cost estimates, managing service orders, and following up on status and maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and warmly when they arrive for service appointments.
• Assess customers’ vehicle service needs and communicate with customers and technicians.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and service timelines to customers.
• Manage service orders and ensure paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Follow up with customers regarding service status and recommendations for maintenance.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Honda vehicles, service procedures, and warranty policies.
