Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor in Brandon, MS. You will be the primary contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a seamless, positive experience from start to finish.

You will greet customers, assess service needs, provide cost estimates, manage service orders, and maintain Honda knowledge to support the service team and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Greet customers promptly and warmly when they arrive for service appointments.
• Assess customers’ vehicle service needs and communicate effectively with both customers and technicians.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and service timelines to customers.
