Qualifications

• Minimum two years of dealership or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service for customers.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and perform assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
• Consult with customers on service needs and applicable specials.
• Document services recommended or declined and follow up on future considerations.
• Keep customers informed on completion times and expenses.
• Ensure smooth delivery of vehicle to customers and address concerns.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
