Job summary

Purdy Volkswagen is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our service team as Service Advisors. You will be the primary contact for service customers, coordinating vehicle repair and maintenance in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting vehicle information, preparing repair orders, communicating updates, and supporting scheduling and quality controls to ensure a hospitality-driven experience aligned with dealership standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous automotive service advising, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally while obtaining vehicle and service information.
• Listen to customer concerns, identify service needs, and assist with repair or maintenance recommendations.
• Coordinate repair orders, estimates, and service timelines; communicate status to customers.
• Explain completed repairs, charges, and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Support scheduling, workflow management, and follow-up to promote customer satisfaction.
