Stone Mountain Volkswagen in Snellville, GA is seeking a Service Advisor to join a fast-growing team. You will greet clients, gather vehicle information, and schedule service while clearly explaining repair options.

Qualifications

• Prior service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and able to multi-task.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Great phone skills.
• General Knowledge of Vehicle Mechanical Operations.
• Exceptional prior CSI scores.
• Reynolds experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.
• Listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
• Referring the technician to the client and/or test-driving the vehicle to confirm source of service repairs.
• Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair.
• Handling customer concerns and maintaining high guest satisfaction standards.
• Check on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the guest when technicians discover additional problems.
• Getting guest approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed.
