Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries.
• Handle data entry, customer setup and maintenance, and reporting.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns to support satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate with internal and external customers by phone and email.
• Provide issue resolution support and basic troubleshooting.
