The role requires 3-5 years in sales or customer service, and 3-5 years knowledge of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting. Training includes about 2 weeks in the warehouse, with a Monday–Friday 7 am–4 pm schedule and on-call every

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell to customers.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customers.
• Ensure personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information and resolve customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use CRM system and phone system.
