Ferguson is hiring Inside Sales Representatives who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, supporting sales associates and delivering timely quotations.

The role requires 0-3 years in sales or customer service; plumbing/HVAC experience is a plus. CRM and MS Office skills are important, with a path to growth in a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Ability to upsell and respond quickly to customer needs.
• Fast-paced environment ability to follow through on commitments.
• Customer-focused with relationship-building skills.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and processes quickly.

Responsabilités

• Work with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions.
• Provide personalized customer service with timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and resolve customer questions or concerns.
• Use CRM and phone system effectively.
