Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Henderson, CO to support customers by selecting the best products and coordinating deliveries.

You will work with Sales associates to provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders, and respond to inquiries with strong customer service. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or customer service, knowledge of pipes and fittings, and comfort using CRM and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• 1-3 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Trilogee knowledge highly preferred.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use CRM system and phone system.
