Responsibilities

• Develop parts estimates and customer quotes.
• Identify and engage new customers.
• Promote wear parts and seasonal product offerings.
• Manage and maintain customer Parts On Site cabinets.
• Collaborate with Parts Managers on promotions, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Deliver urgent parts when needed to support customer uptime.
• Work closely with Service Managers to develop service estimates and solutions.
• Promote maintenance programs and inspection agreements.
• Introduce customers to extended warranty and equipment protection programs.
• Identify opportunities to expand service relationships and support customer equipment fleets.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers.
• Develop and manage a customer call schedule within your territory.
• Conduct proactive customer visits and follow-up communications.
• Document customer interactions and submit timely call reports.
• Maintain customer equipment and purchasing profiles.
• Communicate customer concerns to leadership to ensure quick resolution.
• Complete John Deere University CSR certification and ongoing professional development.
• Achieve product support and customer success objectives.
