Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year sales or customer service experience
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift 25 lbs
• Sales licensure/registration if required by state (Lowe's will support)

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating Lowe's advantages
• Serve as department contact, estimate projects, schedule installer visits, and track orders
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors to reorder stock
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation
• Assist with checkout and store requests
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development
• Complete other duties as assigned
