Direct Recruiters, Inc. seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to support the outside sales team and manage customer accounts, vendors, and service providers from quote through invoicing.

This role is customer service-driven, focusing on keeping existing accounts running smoothly and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle a mix of quick-turn quotes and larger multi-month projects, including new builds and retrofits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing multiple sales operations projects in industrial/building materials context.
• Strong customer service instincts with ability to own relationships and solve problems.
• Ability to multitask across projects of different size and complexity.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and material handling products.
• Preferred ability to read AutoCAD drawings/layout.
• Must be able to work on-site, 8 AM-5 PM, within commuting distance to Naperville, IL.

Responsibilities

• Own sales operations projects end-to-end: quoting, order entry, coordination, and invoicing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts
• Run and support weekly customer progress calls
• Resolve day-to-day account issues
• Coordinate with a network of vendors and subcontracted installers across the US
