Job summary

Michaels stores are looking for team members in Chesterfield to help customers, stock shelves, and operate a fast, friendly checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, shelf replenishment, and omnichannel basics like BOPIS/SFS, while promoting rewards programs.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience and be able to stand for long periods, lift boxes, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed at this location in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Ensure merchandise recovery and maintenance; handle returns/go backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
