New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking Retail Sale Associates for our Philadelphia stores. You will provide exemplary customer service, utilize product knowledge, and guide customers through each step of the purchasing process.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding needs, educating on features, completing transactions, and keeping the floor neat and well stocked. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and comfortable with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and handle basic math.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and initiate contact on the floor.
• Understand customer needs and educate on product features and benefits.
• Assist with transactions using selling techniques and close sales.
• Measure and fit customers with appropriate NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat and well stocked.
• Label and price items correctly and monitor security tags and shrinkage.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents or near misses.
