Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Oklahoma. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service as you assist across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Tools. You may load merchandise and ensure customer needs are met throughout the day.

You’ll typically listen to customers, answer questions, and organize merchandise, with daily tasks varying by department to deliver the best service possible.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use across tasks (inputting, accessing, modifying, outputting).
• 6 months using retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to perform duties with prolonged standing/sitting as needed.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
