Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure all needs are met.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
