Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them locate products and services for home improvement, and provide friendly, professional service throughout the day.

You will work in one of several departments, assisting with merchandise and checkout, stocking shelves, and ensuring customer needs are met, with opportunities to learn across areas and benefit from Lowe's programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve overall store service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
