You’ll answer calls, schedule appointments, prepare estimates, follow up on leads, manage technician calendars, and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling and dispatching.
• Proficiency with CRM or scheduling software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries.
• Build customer relationships and schedule appointments.
• Prepare estimates and guide customers toward recommended work.
• Follow up on unsold leads.
• Keep technicians' schedules full and productive.
• Coordinate daily schedules and adjust routes as needed.
• Ensure customers receive clear communication throughout projects.
• Request and collect 5-star customer reviews.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and social media content.
• Maintain an organized, professional office and storage area.
• Occasionally assist in the field with light lifting or deliveries.
• Work with leadership to meet monthly sales and performance goals.
• This is an in-office position in Olathe, KS.
