Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an active sales role.
• Proven experience converting leads, closing sales, booking appointments, or upselling services.
• Experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong computer and CRM/software skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with confidence, professionalism, and urgency.
• Convert incoming leads into booked appointments.
• Build value with customers and discuss pricing.
• Follow up on unsold estimates and missed opportunities.
• Help drive revenue growth through strong phone sales skills.
• Coordinate and optimize technician schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Manage multiple calendars, appointments, and route changes.
• Communicate scheduling updates to customers.
• Maintain detailed customer/job notes in CRM software.
• Anticipate problems before they impact the customer experience.
