The role emphasizes end-user training resources and contributing to self-service documentation. The position is entry-level, primarily on-site, with occasional travel to other office locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years IT support or customer service with technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage inbound IT support calls; create and update help desk tickets.
• Provide walk-up and in-person support for employees in the office; escalate as needed.
• Resolve Tier 1 issues using standard procedures; document troubleshooting steps.
• Assist with onboarding, device provisioning, and asset tracking.
• Create self-service documentation and user training resources.
