Rosalinda Aguero - State Farm Agent in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Staff Assistant to support daily agency operations, customer service, policy inquiries, and sales opportunities. You will help ensure accurate, friendly service and smooth processing of transactions.

Collaborating with a team, you’ll maintain an organized office, educate customers about insurance options, and assist with licensing readiness for Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines as needed.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in customer service required.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Proactive in problem-solving.
• Able to work in and manage a team environment.
• Experience with Windows applications.
• Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
• Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
• Able to obtain Life and Health License.

Responsabilidades

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
