Job summary

Rosalinda Aguero - State Farm Agent is seeking a Marketing Associate to expand the agency's community presence and support growth. You will manage social media, website content, and campaigns to promote the office and its products in Mesquite, TX.

You will collaborate with the agent to plan events, develop leads, schedule appointments, and present solutions to customers, while building lasting relationships and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Able to obtain Property and Casualty license
• Able to obtain Life and Health license
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
• Work with the agent to identify and support local community events.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
