• Ability to work weekends, any shift and overtime as needed.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Related retail experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Process cashier transactions and operate the register.
• Maintain cleanliness of the checkstand area to standards.
• Answer telephones and provide customer assistance.
• Comply with corporate policies and promote company initiatives.
• Handle EAS tags deactivation/removal as needed.
• Assist with store accounting functions and banking deposits.
• Open/close the customer service desk and process refunds, exchanges, money orders, and other services.
