Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio to meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, and corporate office when unable to resolve with the customer.
• Answer telephone inquiries in response to general questions, customer applications, requests, or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in accordance with federal regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring the customer feels supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins, manage cash drawer, deposits, and other cash handling duties.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information presented.
• Process loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per company policy.
