You will deliver outstanding customer service, supervise store activities, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving sales and service excellence. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Compliance with company policies and ability to learn regulations.

Responsibilities

• Explain products and services to customers and present options.
• Escalate issues to stores manager or corporate as needed.
• Handle calls, process applications, loans, check cashing per policy.
• Manage cash drawer, cash deposits, and reconcile at end of day.
• Travel within district as required and work assigned shifts.
