Job summary

Check N Go is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lawton, Oklahoma to ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance across our financial product portfolio. You will educate customers, handle cash, perform transactions, and escalate issues per policy while leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ year sales, customer service, or cash handling experience.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Able to multitask and work autonomously.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
Escalate issues to store manager, District Director of Operations (DDO), and corporate office if unresolved.
Answer phone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections per regulations.
Explain solutions clearly and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
Use active listening to verify information and resolve complaints.
Handle cash and manage drawer, deposits, and bank pick-ups as needed.
Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
Verify customer information and process transactions accurately (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
Complete required compliance trainings.
Other duties as assigned.
