Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Mesa, AZ is hiring a store team member to deliver an excellent customer and brand experience and promote sales. You will run registers, assist customers, maintain floor standards, and support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs Point of Sale (POS) responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Greets customers that enter the store and thanks customers leaving the establishment.
• Maintains sales floor by following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in appropriate area as assigned.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
• Manages regular attendance and punctuality.
