Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to deliver an outstanding customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will operate the register, accept payments and donations, price items, and help maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Ask each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods via the type of merchandise, identifying markings, or asking for help from an on-site leader.
• Completes closing procedures, as necessary.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers that enter the store and thanks customers leaving the establishment.
• Maintains sales floor by following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in appropriate area as assigned.
• Uses phones and paging systems to make regularly scheduled announcements.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
