Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead a customer and brand experience, run registers, and promote sales. You will assist with POS, donations at the register, pricing, and maintaining floor standards while upholding core values and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform POS duties and process cash transactions.
• Greet customers and thank them as they exit.
• Stock merchandise and maintain floor standards.
• Close store procedures as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Attend work regularly with good attendance.
