Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Team Member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will run registers, process payments, and help maintain store standards on the floor.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, basic math, and English communication. A background check and drug screen may be required. You must be 16 or older and able to work on-site in Arizona.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Requests cash donations at POS from customers.
• Assists in pricing goods based on merchandise and markings.
• Completes closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers and thanks them as they leave.
