Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead a high-quality customer and brand experience at our Phoenix location. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour, with duties including POS operation, greeting shoppers, processing payments, and promoting donations and sales.

The role requires a High School education or equivalent, strong customer service and math skills, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Maintains sales floor by following floorwork and brand standards.
