Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience. You will run registers, promote sales, and maintain store standards in Mesa, AZ. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour.

You will greet customers, handle donations at POS, price items, and support a clean, safe sales floor while upholding Goodwill core values and attendance requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs Point of Sale (POS) responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods and products at the register.
• Completes closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers and thanks them as they leave the store.
• Maintains sales floor following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Uses store systems (phones, paging) to make announcements.
• Keeps a clean and safe shopping environment.
• Models Goodwill core values: Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
