Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to deliver an excellent customer and brand experience, operate cash registers, and promote sales. Responsibilities include handling payments, requesting donations at the POS, pricing goods, and maintaining floor standards.

You will greet customers, maintain a clean, safe store, and support door-to-door donation efforts while upholding GCNA core values and participating in a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS duties and processes all payments.
• Requests cash donations at POS.
• Prices goods via merchandise type and on-site guidance.
• Completes closing procedures as needed.
• Greets customers and thanks them on exit.
• Maintains store floor and stock according to standards.
• Keeps environment clean and safe.
