Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a store team associate in Flagstaff to lead an excellent customer experience and promote sales. You will run registers, process payments, accept cash donations, and help price and stock merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English (verbal and written).
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Handles Point of Sale transactions and processes payments.
• Counts cash donations at POS.
• Sets prices based on merchandise and guidance from leaders.
• Greets customers and maintains a welcoming store environment.
• Maintains floor standards and stocks merchandise as assigned.
• Ensures a clean and safe store environment.
