Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is looking for a team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, run registers, and maintain sales floor standards. The role involves POS duties, customer engagement, pricing, stocking, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

The position offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, EAP, PTO, and holidays. Eligible after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.

Responsabilités

• Performs Point of Sale (POS) responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Greets customers that enter in the store and thanks customers leaving.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods and tags merchandise.
• Completes closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains sales floor standards and stock levels.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
• Models Goodwill Core Values: Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
