Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) is seeking a friendly store teammate to lead a positive customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will run registers and help maintain sales floor standards.

Responsibilities include handling POS payments, greeting customers, stocking merchandise, keeping the environment clean, and supporting coworkers. This role requires reliability, good math skills, and clear English communication.

Qualifikationen

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service required.
• Strong math skills preferred.
• English proficiency required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Aufgaben

• Performs Point of Sale (POS) responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods via merchandise type, markings, or help from an on-site leader.
• Completes closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers entering the store and thanks customers leaving the establishment.
• Maintains sales floor following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
