Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to enhance the customer and brand experience, operate registers, and promote sales. You will run POS, process payments, and support daily store operations in Prescott Valley, AZ.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, teamwork, and adherence to Goodwill core values as you assist customers and help maintain store standards, with full-time or part-time hours to fit the needs of the GCNA network.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English (verbal and written).
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS and processes payments.
• Requests cash donations at the POS from customers.
• Prices merchandise based on type and markings or with help from a leader.
• Completes closing procedures as needed.
• Maintains regular in-person attendance.
