Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member in Flagstaff to lead an excellent customer and brand experience. You will manage POS transactions, promote sales, and support store operations, including processing complex sales and returns.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, maintaining floor standards, and upholding Goodwill Core Values in daily tasks. Start at $18.35 per hour with opportunities for growth and cross-training.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Performs Point of Sale (POS) responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks customers for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods based on merchandise and markings.
• Completes closing procedures, as necessary.
• Greet and thank customers entering and leaving the store.
• Maintain sales floor standards and follow floorwork processes.
• Operate phones and paging systems for routine announcements.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Process complex sales transactions including deletes and returns.
• Cross-train in other positions as needed.
