Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona (GCNA) is hiring to support its store team in Phoenix. You will lead a positive customer and brand experience, operate the register, and promote sales while maintaining store standards.

The role involves POS duties, processing various payments, and encouraging cash donations at the point of sale. You will help with pricing, stocking, and keeping the store clean and welcoming for customers.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English.

Responsabilités

• Perform POS transactions and process all forms of payments.
• Ask customers for cash donations at POS.
• Assist in pricing merchandise and maintaining sales floor standards.
• Complete closing procedures and maintain attendance.
• Greet customers and thank them at checkout; uphold Goodwill values.
