Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead a top-notch customer and brand experience. You will operate the register, handle payments, greet customers, and help keep the sales floor organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English (verbal and written).
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Stock merchandise and maintain floor standards.
• Close procedures as necessary and ensure attendance.
