Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker in New Philadelphia at the New Philadelphia Branch. The role centers on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base, delivering proactive sales and service, and growing customer loyalty through trusted advisory conversations.

The Personal Banker will drive sales through outbound interactions, educate customers on digital tools, and ensure risk is managed in line with policies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.
• Background checks may be required per regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations using a defined process including outbound calls and lobby engagement.
• Position PNC solutions to grow revenue and customer loyalty.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and tools.
• Manage risk and adhere to policies; participate in daily branch operations.
